BEUTEL HURST BOLKEY LLC obtains a $1.15 million settlement in a medical malpractice case filed on behalf of a 62-year-old woman who sustained a first degree burn injury to her buttocks and exacerbation of her pre-surgical neurological deficits following a decompressive lumbar laminectomy surgery performed at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.

Thomas Boleky presents at the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) continuing legal education seminar, “Handling Motor Vehicle Crashes From the Occurrence Up to Trial.” Mr. Boleky is a faculty member of IICLE and spoke on the topic of Maximizing Damages in the Soft Tissue Injury Case.
