BEUTEL HURST BOLKEY LLC obtains $200,000.00 settlement during trial in a medical malpractice case filed against a Chicago-area cosmetic dermatologist on behalf of a 55-year-old male who underwent a cosmetic skin rejuvenation procedure to his face and neck. The procedure was alleged to have resulted in scarring and hypopigmentation to his neck and around his eyes and ears.
